Three Ways we can work together

Therapy built around the problem you're actually trying to solve.

01

Individual Therapy

For anxiety, depression, stress, anger, relationships, major changes, feeling stuck, and the things that don't fit neatly into a category.

02

Couples Counseling

For couples who want to communicate better, rebuild connection, work through conflict, or figure out what comes next.

03

Substance Use Counseling

Practical, nonjudgmental help examining substance use, consequences, goals, and change without requiring you to arrive with all the answers.

How I approach therapy

Therapy should be useful outside of therapy.

Talking matters. But insight alone isn't always enough. Good therapy should help you understand what's happening, identify what can actually change, and practice doing something different.

I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, Gestalt, and other approaches based on what fits the person and the problem, rather than forcing everyone into the same formula.

About Chris

Experienced enough to know therapy isn't one-size-fits-all.

I've worked in counseling and behavioral health since 2009. I'm dually licensed in Colorado as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor.

My style is direct, collaborative, practical, and human. You don't have to know what to say, perform therapy "correctly", or have anything figured out before we start.
