Therapy that helps you move forward
Online Therapy for Adults and Teens in Colorado
Good therapy is more than talking. We will figure out what keeps the problem going, choose techniques that fit, and work toward changes you can notice in everyday life and relationships.
What therapy with me is like
Direct, collaborative, and focused on change.
I take an active role in therapy. I will ask thoughtful questions, point out patterns, teach techniques, and share what I am noticing when it seems useful.
We will decide together what we are working on and why. If something is not helping, we change course. The goal is progress you can recognize in everyday life, relationships, and the way you handle difficult moments.
Techniques I draw from
Different problems need different techniques.
I integrate evidence-informed approaches rather than forcing every client into one method. We will use what fits your goals, your situation, and the way you actually work. Trauma-informed care shapes how the work is paced and adapted.
Understand and change patterns in thinking and behavior.
Build emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and relationship skills.
Increase psychological flexibility and move toward what matters.
Notice thoughts, emotions, and urges without automatically reacting.
Work with present-moment patterns, emotion, and experience.
Explore ambivalence and strengthen motivation for change.

Ways we can work together
Choose the kind of support that fits what is happening.
Individual Therapy
Anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, anger, relationships, life transitions, self-criticism, feeling stuck, and problems that do not fit neatly into one category.
Couples Counseling
Communication, recurring conflict, trust, intimacy, disconnection, resentment, major decisions, and relationships that keep getting pulled into the same pattern.
Substance Use Counseling
Alcohol or drug use, cutting back, sobriety, relapse prevention, consequences, motivation, and the mental health concerns that often show up alongside substance use.
What to expect
A clear start and a practical process.
Starting therapy should feel understandable. From the first session on, the goal is to make the work clear, collaborative, and connected to changes you can notice in everyday life.

Your first session
We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been happening, and what you want to be different. I will ask questions, begin identifying patterns, and work with you to establish clear goals.

Ongoing therapy
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to what you need. We will pay attention to what is helping, adjust when something is not, and keep the work connected to changes you can notice outside of therapy.
